As a condition to landing a 5-year monitizable contract with the waste service company, the composting company must show 12 months of successful composting operation. The company is extremely confident that they will not only meet expectations, but exceed them.
The site has already been identified. The composting company is currently seeking a private loan of $4,500,000 and is willing to offer very attractive terms to the first investor who puts up the money. The basic terms offered are as follows:
• Principal Amount of Loan: $4,500,000
• Interest rate -“ Nine (9%) percent.
• Fully amortized over a thirty six (36) month term.
• Monthly payments begin 180 days from the start of operations.
• All due and payable, including principle and any unpaid interest, in 3 years.
• No prepayment penalty.
Upon completion of the 12 operational requirement and the issuance of a 5-year monetizable contract (which is estimate will occur between the
14th and 16th month from the start of operations), the composting company will agree to pay the investor:
• The prepayment of the remaining principle.
• 9.00%interest that is outstanding on the original note.
• A bonus payment made $1,000,000.
